To design , manufacture & install a powder coating facility in the client’s production premises
Key Project Elements
The client required this system to replace using external supplier for their coating process, reducing the cost by brining this in house. Fabricated products are first bought into the powder coating enclosure where multiple powder coating colours can be applied.
These are then transferred into the box oven where curing of the coating takes place. All of this can be under control of our customer ensuring they maintain their quality products & high standards.
Our engineers built, wired & commissioned the plants providing operator training to the customers operatives to carry out the newly applied skill.
