Our latest project involves the supply and installation of a Bruderer press enclosure designed for an existing workshop. The enclosure was specifically built to suit the Bruderer BSTA 510-125B and BSTA 28-88B2 presses, delivering an optimal acoustic and operational environment.
The enclosure comprises double-skin, 75mm thick panels manufactured from galvanised sheet steel, with the external sheet pre-coated in a white plastisol finish. The inner skin features a perforated sheet designed for sound absorption into the fill media.
The enclosure utilises fully insulated panels, with 75mm thick slabs of mineral wool insulation bonded between the panel skins. These panels are securely locked and sealed together upon installation.
The entire panelwork structure is built around a substantial steel rolled hollow square section framework to support the sides and roof. This modular structure allows the panels to be fully demountable should the need arise. The roof is of a similar construction, formed from galvanised, insulated panels with a solid outer skin and a perforated inner skin.
