We recently completed the supply and installation of a laser machinery enclosure within an existing workshop. The structure was custom-manufactured by our team to safely house laser-based machinery while providing an attractive and highly functional operating environment.
The enclosure comprises 50mm thick double-skin insulated panels manufactured from galvanised sheet steel. These are finished with a white semi-gloss coating, a design choice that provides excellent internal light reflectance for operators.
To seamlessly integrate the new structure and maximise the use of the existing space, three of the side walls were installed directly up to the underside of the workshop’s existing concrete ceiling.
