Vi Spring Box Oven

This project involved the design and manufacture of a bespoke box oven engineered to fit within a standard 40ft shipping container, with internal working dimensions of 12.02 metres in length, 2.35 metres in width, and 2.39 metres in height. The containerised format provides a fully self-contained curing environment that is both compact and transportable.

The oven was built to Unitech’s exacting standards, incorporating robust insulation and efficient heat distribution to ensure consistent curing performance across the full interior chamber. By housing the oven within a shipping container, Vi Spring benefits from a turnkey solution that can be easily relocated, installed, and commissioned with minimal disruption to existing production operations.
