Our latest project features the design and installation of Fabplus powder curing ovens at a brand new automated powder paint coating facility in Strabane, Northern Ireland. The oven system was designed strictly in line with specific process requirements to ensure the best possible performance.
The new ovens are installed within an automatic powder coating facility where components are loaded onto an overhead power and free conveyor system, complete with 9m flight bars operating on a 10-minute index move time.
The Power & Free System is supplied by Rail Technik, integrating seamlessly with Wagner powder coating booths that feature both automatic powder application and a manual touch-in facility—both recognised as best-in-class for quality and performance.
Parts are effectively cured using our direct gas-fired, air-circulated powder curing ovens. On completion of the curing phase, a dedicated section of the conveyor track allows for natural cooling before the components reach the manual off-loading area.
