Dennis Eagle Primer Booth Re-Skin

This project involved a full internal refurbishment of two existing primer booths at Dennis Eagle’s Warwick facility — a Burntwood-built 18m booth and a Burntwood-built 24m booth — both showing significant overspray build-up and wear to their internal wall and ceiling panels after years of continuous production use.

Unitech Machinery stripped out the worn internal cladding from both booths and fitted a complete new inner skin, replacing the discoloured panels with a clean white finish across the walls and ceiling. The filtration media at both intake and extraction points was also renewed as part of the same programme, restoring consistent airflow through the booths.

Every existing light fitting across both booths was removed and replaced with new LED units, integrated directly into the ceiling filtration panels — significantly improving visibility for operators without increasing running costs. A new end wall, incorporating a roller shutter access door, completes the refreshed booth structure.

The result is two fully re-skinned primer booths that look, perform, and light up like new — extending the working life of Dennis Eagle’s existing spray booth infrastructure without the cost, downtime, or disruption of a full booth replacement.
